1. About Common Ground

Common Ground organises and hosts ticketed social events for adults, including singles socials and general social events, held at bars and other social venues.By purchasing a ticket or attending a Common Ground event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Tickets & Booking

All events must be booked in advance via our website. Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Tickets may be transferred to another person, subject to prior notification. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone without a valid ticket.

3. Event Attendance & Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, hosts, and venue staff. Harassment, aggressive behaviour, or conduct that makes others uncomfortable will not be tolerated. Common Ground reserves the right to remove any attendee from an event without refund if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Attendance at Common Ground events is at your own risk. Common Ground is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during events, except where required by law. We are not liable for the actions, behaviour, or statements of other attendees. Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and personal safety.

5. Event Changes & Cancellations

Common Ground reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify events at any time. We are not responsible for costs incurred due to event cancellation, including travel or accommodation.

6. Venues

Events are held at third-party venues. Venue rules and policies apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions. Common Ground is not responsible for the venue’s services, facilities, or actions.

 

7. Photography & Media

 

Photos and videos may be taken at events for marketing and promotional purposes. We aim to avoid capturing clear, identifiable images without consent. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a host at the event.

 

8. Privacy & Data

9. Changes to These Terms
